…Although the name would imply otherwise, “per diem” day comes but once a week. A few years ago, a “per diem” would provide enough money to sustain a daily dollar menu diet or rock a couple “King Cobra” 40’s while on the road. In the most recent years however, our tour “per diem’s” have inflated enough to irreparably disturb the slim contour of my humble wallet. Such a problem to have!!
